1. Returns

Due to the natural and perishable nature of honey, we do not accept returns once a jar has been opened.
If your product arrives damaged, leaked, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the package.

2. Refunds

Approved refunds (for damaged or wrong items) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We currently don’t offer product exchanges.
